18种黔产苦荞中微量元素与有效成分含量的相关性
Research on the Correlation of Trace Elements and Active Ingredients in F.esculentum from Guizhou Province

摘要(Abstract):

目的:测定18种黔不同产地苦荞中有效成分(芦丁、槲皮素、总黄酮)及13种微量元素[铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、汞(Hg)、砷(As)、铜(Cu)、铝(Al)、锰(Mn)、锌(Zn)、铯(Se)、银(Ag)、锡(Sn)、锑(Sb)及钯(Ba)]的含量,探讨苦荞中有效成分与微量元素间的关系。方法:采用高效液相色谱法对黔产苦荞中芦丁和槲皮素进行含量测定,紫外分光光度法对总黄酮进行含量测定,微波消解-电感等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定13种微量元素的含量;分析18批样品中微量元素与有效成分之间的相互关系。结果:18批苦荞样品的有害重金属元素(Pb、Cd、Hg、As、Cu)的残留量在标准限度浓度范围内,其中As含量与Cu、Al具有负相关性,与Ag具有正相关性;Cu含量与Al、Mn、Sb具有正相关性,与Ag具有负相关性;芦丁含量与Zn、Se具有正相关性,槲皮素含量与Zn、Se、Ag正相关,总黄酮含量与Zn正相关。结论:苦荞中芦丁、槲皮素、总黄酮与微量元素含量之间存在相关关系,可为苦荞质量的控制提供科学依据。
Objective: To determinate the contents of active components such as rutin,quercetin and total flavonoids, and 13 trace elements in F.esculentum from Guizhou province, discuss the relationships among its various constituents.Methods: Rutin and quercetin were determined by HPLC. The content of total flavonoids was determined using ultraviolet spectrophotometry. ICP-MS was employed to determine the contents of trace elements such as Pb and Cd. Relationship between mineral elements and effective components in F.esculentum was analyzed by double variable correlation method. Results: The residues of harmful heavy metal elements(Pb, Cd, Hg, As, Cu) in 18 batches of F.esculentum samples were within the standard limit concentration range. As had a negative correlation with Cu, Al and a positive correlation with Ag. Cu had a positive correlation with Al, Mn, Sb and a negative correlation with Ag. Rutin had a positive correlation with Zn, Se.Quercetin had a positive correlation with Zn, Se, Ag. There was a significant positive correlation between total flavonoids and Zn.Conclusion: Rutin,quercetin and total flavonoids contents are correlated with trace elements in F.esculentum, which provides a theoretical basis for quality control of F.esculentum.
