摘要(Abstract):
目的:探讨轨道法在形态特殊的动脉导管未闭(PDA)介入治疗的安全性及可行性。方法:对14例形态特殊的PDA患者采用动静脉轨道的方法进行介入封堵治疗,比较治疗前后患者肺动脉压及主动脉压变化,评价治疗效果,并术后随访观察血液残余分流及并发症的发生情况。结果:14例形态特殊的PDA患者的手术成功率为100%,术后肺动脉压显著降低,主动脉压轻度升高;术后即刻及随访观察均无残余分流发生,无严重并发症发生。结论:对不能采用常规方法封堵的PDA患者采用轨道法进行封堵,可提高PDA介入治疗的成功率。
Objective: To explore the safety and feasibility of arteriovenous track method in interventional therapy of patent ductus arterious( PDA). Methods: For interventional treatment of 14 cases of PDA patients with arteriovenous track method,the changes of pulmonary arterial pressure and aortic pressure before and after treatment were compared,and the treatment effect was evaluated. Results:The surgical success rate of 14 cases of PDA with special morphology was 100%. Postoperative pulmonary arterial pressure decreased significantly,and the aortic pressure increased slightly. No residual shunt occurred after operation and follow-up,and no serious complications occurred. Conclusions:For PDA patients who cannot be blocked by conventional methods,the track method can be used to block them,and the success rate of PDA interventional therapy can be improved.
