摘要(Abstract):
目的 :优化甲醛浸渍法制备肠溶软胶囊的制备条件。方法 :采用L9(34 )正交试验法 ,考察甲醛浓度、浸渍时间和搅拌速度对软胶囊肠溶性能的影响。结果 :试验结果表明甲醛浓度为 1%、时间为 6 0min时软胶囊具有较好肠溶性 ,而搅拌速度对肠溶性没有显著性影响。结论 :甲醛浸渍法在优化条件下制备肠溶软胶囊 ,肠溶性能稳定可靠 ,是制备肠溶软胶囊的较好方法
Objective:To optimize the preparing condition of formaldehyde dip method.Method:L 9(3 4) orthogonal design was adopted to inspect the concentration of formaldehyde and dipping time and stir rate in relation to the enteric capability of soft capsules.Results:with 1% formaldehyde concentration and to 60 minutes of dipping time,the enteric capability of the soft capsule was satisfactorg.The stir rate was not a power effect factor.Conclusion:the formaldehyde dip method at the optimal condition is a good way to prepare enteric soft capsule.
