PTTG、VEGF-C的表达水平与ⅠB-ⅡA期宫颈鳞癌患者淋巴转移及宫旁浸润的关系
Relationship between the Expression Level of PTTG and VEGF-C and the Lymph Node Metastasis and Parametrial Infiltration in Patients with Squamous Carcinoma of Cervix in StageⅠB-ⅡA

摘要(Abstract):

目的:探讨垂体瘤转化基因(PTTG)、血管内皮生长因子-C(VEGF-C)表达水平与ⅠB-ⅡA期宫颈鳞癌患者淋巴转移及宫旁浸润的关系。方法:收集40例ⅠB-ⅡA期宫颈浸润性鳞癌(SCC)组织标本(SCC组)与20例宫颈慢性炎组织标本(炎症组),采用免疫组织化学方法测定宫颈组织标本中PTTG及VEGF-C表达,并分析PTTG、VEGF-C表达与SCC临床病例特征(年龄、FIGO分期、肿瘤直径、浸润深度、淋巴转移、淋巴脉管间隙浸润、宫旁切缘及宫旁是否受侵)的关系,采用Spearman等级相关分析PTTG、VEGF-C表达的相关性。结果:SSC组PTTG和VEGF-C表达阳性率显著高于炎症组(P<0.05),PTTG表达水平与肿瘤分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴脉管间隙浸润以及淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),VEGF-C表达水平与浸润深度和淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05);在SSC组织中,PTTG与VEGF-C表达水平呈正相关(r=0.69,P<0.05)。结论:PTTG和VEGF-C在SCC组织中表达上调,可能参与了肿瘤浸润与淋巴转移过程。
Objective:To explore the relationship between the expression level of pituitary tumortransforming gene(PTTG),vascular endothelial growth factor-C(VEGF-C) and the lymph node metastasis and parametrial infiltration in patients with squamous carcinoma of cervix(SCC) in StageⅠB-ⅡA.Methods:40 cases of tissue specimens with invasive SCC in StageⅠB-ⅡA and 20 cases of tissue specimens with cervical chronic inflammation were collected as the SCC group and the inflammation group respectively.The expression levels of PTTG and VEGF-C were compared by immunohistochemistry,and the relationship between the expression level of PTTG and VEGF-C and the SCC pathological feature,and the relationship between the expression level of PTTG and VEGF-C were analyzed.Results:The positive rates of PTTG and VEGF-C expression in the SCC group were significantly higher than those in the inflammation group(P < 0.05).The expression level of PTTG was correlated with tumor differentiation degree,the depth of invasion,lymph-vascular space infiltration and lymph node metastasis(P > 0.05),but the expression level of VEGF-C was related to the depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis(P < 0.05).In SCC tissues,there was a positive correlation between the PTTG and VEGF-C expression(r = 0.69,P < 0.05).Conclusions:PTTG and VEGF-C are up-regulated in SCC tissues and are involved in tumor infiltration and lymph node metastasis,and both can be new targets for the diagnosis and treatment of SCC.
