摘要(Abstract)：

目的:观察小儿无痛胃镜下行异物取出术的临床疗效。方法:13例误食异物患儿,采用芬太尼和异丙酚联合静脉麻醉,行无痛胃镜异物取出术,观察手术时间、术中血氧饱和度、心电图、血压变化及治疗结果。结果:13例患儿均在无痛胃镜下完成操作,时间为6²2 min;13例患儿中发现异物有12例(食管内9例、胃内异物2例、十二指肠1例),1例未发现异物;术中患儿收缩压为8522 min;13例患儿中发现异物有12例(食管内9例、胃内异物2例、十二指肠1例),1例未发现异物;术中患儿收缩压为85¹05 mm Hg,舒张压为55105 mm Hg,舒张压为55⁶0 mm Hg,血氧饱和度为95%60 mm Hg,血氧饱和度为95%¹00%,呼吸15100%,呼吸15²0次/min,心率8520次/min,心率85¹01次/min,未发生低氧血症、低血压及误吸等与镇静术相关的轻微并发症及其它严重并发症。结论:小儿在无痛胃镜下行异物取出术安全性高、效果良好。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of removal of foreign body in digestive tract by painless gastroscopy. Methods: Thirteen cases of children patients with foreign body ingestion received combined intravenous anesthesia with fentanyl and propofol and surgery of removal of foreign body in digestive tract by painless gastroscopy. Operation time,intraoperative blood oxygen saturation,electrocardiogram,blood pressure change and therapeutic outcome were observed. Results: The operation time was from 6 to 22 minutes. Among 13 cases,12 cases were found with foreign bodies( 9 cases with foreign bodies in oesophagus,2 cases in stomach,1 case in duodenum,and 1 case with none). In the operation,the systolic blood pressure for children ranged from 85 101次/min,未发生低氧血症、低血压及误吸等与镇静术相关的轻微并发症及其它严重并发症。结论:小儿在无痛胃镜下行异物取出术安全性高、效果良好。

There appeared no minor complications and other serious complications such as hyoxemia,hypopiesia and mis- aspiration,which was related with sedation. Conclusion: The surgery of removal of foreign body in painless gastroscopy is safe and the effect is good.
