负压封闭引流技术在糖尿病足溃疡中的应用及疗效

摘要(Abstract)：
目的:探讨负压封闭引流技术(VSD)治疗糖尿病足溃疡的临床疗效。方法:对16例糖尿病足溃疡患者进行常规降糖治疗,同时在其分泌物细菌培养阴性前提下,加行VSD治疗。结果:VSD治疗1～4个疗程,患者创面肉芽组织生长平整,无水肿渗出,创面愈合快。结论:VSD治疗糖尿病足溃疡可抑制细菌生长,控制创面感染,加速溃疡愈合,提高了患者生命质量。
