摘要(Abstract)：
应用放射免疫技术测定４８例男性白血病患者血清睾酮（Ｔ）、雌二醇（Ｅ２）、催乳素（ＰＲＬ）、黄体生成素（ＬＨ）、卵泡刺激素（ＦＳＨ）和孕酮（Ｐ）水平，并与６９名正常成人测定结果相比较，结果提示各组白血病患者Ｔ显著低于正常而Ｐ则高于正常，慢粒组Ｅ２增高，慢粒急变组ＰＲＬ降低，各组ＬＨ及ＦＳＨ与正常对照无明显差异。
The serum level of testosterone(T),estradial(E2),luteinizine hormone (LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),progesterone (P) and prolactin (PRL) is estimated by RIA in 48 male patients with leukemia and compared with that of normal control.The results suggested that the T level decreased markedly in all subgroups of leukemia than normal control, but the P level is inversely higher than the level of normal persons.The E2 level increased in the subgroup of chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) and the PRL in the CML-crisis decreased. There were no significant difference between the level of LH of FSH and the level of normal control.
