摘要(Abstract):
目的:建立紫金透骨喷雾剂中白及药材所含双[4-(β-D-吡喃葡萄糖氧)苄基]-2-异丁基苹果酸酯的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,以Symmetry C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(37∶63),检测波长223 nm,分别进行了精密度、中间精密度、准确度和耐用性等试验。结果:双[4-(β-D-吡喃葡萄糖氧)苄基]-2-异丁基苹果酸酯进样浓度在0.027~0.43 g/L范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为97.48%,RSD为1.1%(n=9)。结论:所建立的检测方法简便、准确、耐用,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for content determination of bis [4-(β-D-glucopyranos-oxy) benzyl]-2-isobutyl malate of Rhizoma Bletillae in new chinese medicine Zijintougu spray with high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Methods: The HPLC method was carried on Cl8(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)column using methanol-water(37∶63 v/v) as mobile phase.Detection wavelength was 223 nm.Precision,intermediate precision,accuracy and durability of the method were studied.Results: The calibration curve for chlorogenic acid was linear in the range of 0.027~0.43 g/L(r=0.9999).The average recovery was 97.48% and RSD was 1.1%(n=9).Conclusion: The method is simple,accurate,durable for quality control of Zijintougu spray preparation.
