摘要(Abstract)：

目的:探讨六味安消对功能性消化不良(FD)大鼠胃运动的影响。方法:实验共分对照组,FD组、吗丁啉组及六味安消高、中、低剂量组,通过建立FD动物模型及灌胃给予不同剂量六味安消,观察大鼠进食量的变化及胃收缩的频率和幅度。结果:与正常组比较,模型组大鼠出现食量减少(P<0.05),胃平滑肌收缩频率、幅度均下降(P<0.05);六味安消中剂量、高剂量及吗丁啉组与模型组进食量相比有显著性差异(P<0.05),胃收缩频率、幅度均上升(P<0.05);六味安消低剂量组与模型组相比无显著性差异。结论:六味安消中剂量和高剂量可恢复功能性消化不良大鼠的食量减少及胃收缩频率、幅度降低等症状,此作用与吗丁啉相似。
Objective: To study the influence of Liuwei Anxiao on gastric motility of the functional dyspepsia(FD) rats.Methods: Experimental animals were divided into 6 groups,including the control group,FD group,Liuwei Anxiao high,medium and low dose groups.Through establishment of FD animal models and intragastric administration of different doses of Liuwei Anxiao,the food-intake amount was recorded,the frequency and amplitude of gastric contraction were observed.Results: The food-intake amount and the gastric contraction freguency and amplitude of FD group were decreased significantly compared with the control group(P<0.05).The food-intake amount and the gastric contraction freguency and amplitude in Liuwei Anxiao high and medium dose groups were increased significantly compared with FD group(P<0.05).Liuwei Anxiao low dose group and model group showed no significant difference.Conclusions: Liuwei Anxiao high and medium dose groups can recover the symptoms of food-intake and low freguency and amplitude of gastric contraction induced by FD model.
