摘要(Abstract)：

目的 :了解贵州省精神发育迟滞的流行病学现状。方法 :用儿童智力 4 0题筛查表对 14岁以下患儿进行测查 ;用成人智残评定量表评定 15岁以上患者的智力残疾。结果 :在 986 4人口中精神发育迟滞的患病率为2 33‰ (2 3例 ) ,均为中度及其以上智力残疾。结论 :精神发育迟滞是精神疾病的防治重点之一 ,也是需要全社会共同关注的问题
Objective:To understand the epidemiological state of mental retardation in Guizhou. Methods: Children aged 14 years and under 14 were assessed with "Intelligence Scale for Children", and those over 15 years were assessed with adult intelligence disability assessment instrument. Results: The present prevalence rate of mental retardation in 9 864 subjects was 2.33‰. All the cases showed moderate and severe intelligence disability. Conclusion: Mental retardation should be one of the emphases in the prevention of the mental illnesses and it needs more attention from the society urgely.
