摘要(Abstract):
目的:比较贵阳地区老年人群促甲状腺激素(TSH)与成年人群的差异,为建立老年人TSH正常值参考范围提供数据。方法:选择健康体检者3 033例,按年龄分为老年组(>65岁,n=1 665)和成年组(≤65岁,n=1 368);取清晨空腹静脉血4 m L,采用电化学发光法测定血清TSH,以中位数(M)和双侧限值(P2.5~P97.5)表示参考范围,建立两组人群男女TSH水平参考范围。结果:两组受检者的TSH值呈偏态分布,女性TSH水平均高于男性,老年组TSH水平均高于成年组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),建立TSH参考范围为老年男性2.70(0.67~7.03)m IU/L,女性3.28(0.68~8.10)m IU/L;成年男性2.10(0.59~5.86)m IU/L,女性2.81(0.67~6.97)m IU/L。结论:贵阳地区不同性别、不同年龄TSH水平各异。
Objective: To compare the differences of TSH level of the elderly in Guiyang and to provide the basic data for establishment of normal reference range of TSH for the elderly in Guiyang.Methods: A total of 3 033 cases of healthy medical check-up people were enrolled in this study and divided into older age group( over 65 years old,1 665 cases) and adult group( less than 65 years old,1 368 cases). 4 m L early morning fasting venous blood was collected from two groups,and electrochemiluminescence assay was performed to measure serum TSH level. With median( M) and limits on both sides( P2. 5 ~ P97. 5) being the reference range,the reference range of TSH level in men and women of two groups was established. Results: The TSH level of two groups appeared partial distribution. The TSH levels in women were generally higher compared with men while TSH levels in older age group were significantly higher than those of adult group( P < 0. 05). TSH reference range was as follows: the elderly men 2. 70( 0. 67 ~ 7. 03) m IU / L,the elderly women 3. 28( 0. 68 ~ 8. 10) m IU / L,the adult men 2. 10( 0. 59 ~ 5. 86) m IU / L,the adult women 2. 81( 0. 67 ~ 6. 97) m IU / L. Conclusion: The different gender elderly TSH level reference range is successfully established and reveals different TSH level in the elderly people.
