摘要(Abstract)：

目的 :研究大黑蚂蚁 (PolyrhachisVicinaRoger)对正常小鼠及受环磷酰胺 (CP)损伤免疫系统的小鼠的免疫调节作用。方法 :测定外周血T淋巴细胞α -醋酸萘酯酶 (ANAE)阳性率和免疫器官 (脾、胸腺 )与小鼠体重的比值两个指标。结果 :大黑蚂蚁煎提液组与阴性对照组比较 ,小鼠脾脏和胸腺的相对重量、T淋巴细胞的α-ANAE率均无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ;大黑蚂蚁煎提液加CP组的脾脏的相对重量及T淋巴细胞的α -ANAE阳性率均恢复至正常水平 ,而其胸腺的相对重量虽较CP组有显著提高 (P <0 0 1) ,但仍不能恢复至正常水平。结论 :大黑蚂蚁对CP造成的小鼠免疫功能受损有明显的恢复和保护作用
Objective: To research the immunomodulating effect of water extract from Polyrhachis Vivina Roger (PVR) on normal and immunosuppressed mice induced by cyclophosphamide (CP).Methods:The positive rate of L-Naphthyl acetate (ANAE) of T Lymph Cell in peripheral blood and the ratio of immunity organs (spleen and thymus) to body weight.Results:There was no difference in relative weight of immunity organs and the positive rate of ANAE between the negative control group and PVR group(10 000 mg/kg bw) (P>0 05).In PVR+CP(10 000 mg/kg bw+25 mg/kg bw) group,the index of spleen and the thymus increased significantly (compared to the CP group),but it couldn't recover to the normal level.Conclusion:The recoverable and protective effects of PVR on immunosuppressed mice induced by CP is apparent.
