摘要(Abstract)：

目的:建立用高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定妇科再造丸中黄芩苷含量的方法。方法:采用HypersilODS柱,以甲醇-0.4%磷酸(51.5∶48.5)为流动相;检测波长为280 nm。结果:黄芩苷进样量在0.117~0.586μg线性良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为100.4%,RSD为2.20%。结论:该方法准确、简便、重现性好、专属性强,可控制该产品的质量。
Objective: To establish a method to determine the content of baicalin in Fukezaizaowan by HPLC.Methods: The HPLC with a Hypersil C_(18) column,and methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid(51.5∶48.5) as mobile phase,with the determined wavelength of 280 nm.Results: The linear range of baicalin was 0.117～0.586 μg(r=0.999 9).The average recovery rate was 100.4% with a RSD of 2.20%.Conclusions: The method is accurate and simple with a good reproducibility,and can be used for the quality control of Fukezaizaowan.
