正常人血清氨基酸浓度在生命过程中的动态变化Longitudinal Changes of Human Serum Free Amino Acid Concentrations Throughout Life

摘要(Abstract):
观察了正常人(男性129,女性125)血清20种游离氨基酸浓度在增龄过程中的动态变化。结果表明约二分之一的血清氨基酸水平有显著的随龄差异和性别差异。本文还统计了各年龄组必需氨基酸总量和支/芳(支链氨基酸/芳香族氨基酸)比值。将数据按三个年龄段分组:成年前期(1~20岁),成年期(21~59岁),老年期(60~80岁),为贵阳地区及其它南方各中小城市人群的血清氨基酸谱(SAP)正常值提供参考。
Changes for serum levels of the 20 individnal amiuo acids that occur throughout life in Guiyang normals aged from 1—80 were measured with high performance liquid chromatography. 129 males and 125 femals subjects were divided to 8 age groups seperately for studing. F test based on age groups sh ows that half of all amino acids there are statistically significant differences in the mean values of 8 groups each other. It was further noted that total concentration of 7 essential amino acids (except Thr) (Ess) and 20 individual amino acids (E20aa) are lower in growing and aging phases, but higher in adult; B/A shows no marked changes with age, its range is 2.94—3.38 for males and 2.90—3.63 for females. T test results based on sex show that 10 amino acids there are differences in each age groups, E20aa are higher in males than in females, but not for B/A. All were divided into 3 groups. pre-adult (1—19Y), adult (20—59Y) and the aged (60—80Y) in order to give normal values.
