摘要(Abstract)：

目的 :以猪脑为原料 ,分离提取脑素肽。方法 :用猪脑 ,经乙酸、乙醇水溶液提取 ,分级沉淀等方法。结果 :获得圆盘电泳显 2条带 ,生物活性为 6 775U/ g的P -物质。 结论 :产品纯度相当于国外资料报道过sephadexG - 2 5柱的纯度 ,为P -物质的规模化生产提供了一定的实验依据。
Objective:A peptide,P-substance was obtained from pig brain.Method:The pig brain was homogenized and extracted with 5% acetic acid,and then purified by fractionally precipitation.Results:Gel eletrophoresis of the P-substance showed two bands and its activity was 6 775 U/g.Conclusion:The activity of P-substance equals the activity through two sephadex G-25 gel column eported in foreign magazine.This research provides experienced data for mass production of the P-substance.
