摘要(Abstract)：

目的:探究癌症患者亲属的社会支持水平及影响因素。方法:采用问卷调查法,自行设计的一般情况调查表、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)对住院癌症患者亲属的社会支持情况进行调查,分析亲属的社会支持水平及影响因素。结果:患者基本情况对亲属社会支持水平的影响分析结果显示,自费医疗患者的客观支持水平(8.20±2.86)低于公费医疗患者(11.46±2.41),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),癌症有转移的患者其亲属客观支持、主观支持方面均较无转移的患者高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);外科手术患者亲属主观支持水平较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);亲属情况对其社会支持水平的影响分析结果显示,男性(4.31±1.35)亲属在社会支持利用度方面明显低于女性(8.62±1.57),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理人数为2人的亲属社会支持利用度水平较高,差异有统计学也意义(P<0.05);职业为干部的亲属其社会支持利用度水平较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:提高癌症患者亲属的社会支持水平对促进癌症患者康复具有重要意义。
Objective: To investigate cancer patients relatives' social support levels and its influential factors. Methods: Adopting questionnaire survey method,designed the general situation,social support rating scale( SSRS) to investigate the social support situation of hospitalized cancer patients relatives,analyzing the relative levels of social support and its influence factors. Results: According to the results of the survey,self- financed treatment patient's level of objective support( 8. 20 ± 2. 86) were lower than public health service benefited patients( 11. 46 ± 2. 41),the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05); for transferred cancer patients,with its relatives ' objective support,subjective support were both higher than metastasis patients,the difference was statistically significant( P <0. 05); surgical patients relatives showed higher subjective support level,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05); the analysis results showed that the influence of social support level,male relatives( 4. 31 ± 1. 35) in the aspect of social support level were significantly lower than female( 8. 62± 1. 57),the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05); patients enjoy 2 nursing accompanies gained higher social support level,the difference was statistically significance( P < 0. 05); patients 'relatives who are management level enjoyed higher level of social support,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: to improve cancer patients' relative levels of social support is of great significance to promote cancer patients recovery.
