细胞周期蛋白依赖性激酶2在上皮性卵巢癌中的表达及意义

摘要(Abstract):

目的:检测上皮性卵巢癌、卵巢交界性肿瘤及正常卵巢组织中细胞周期蛋白依赖性激酶2(P34cdc2激酶)的表达,探讨其与临床病理因素之间的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法检测30例上皮性卵巢癌、14例交界性肿瘤及20例正常卵巢组织中P34cdc2激酶的表达,应用BioMias图像分析系统计算阳性指数(positive index,PI)并结合临床资料,分析P34cdc2激酶与各临床病理因素的关系。结果:P34cdc2激酶在正常卵巢组织、卵巢交界性肿瘤及上皮性卵巢癌组织中的PI呈递增趋势,每两组间比较差异有统计学意义;P34cdc2在分期晚、组织分化差或伴有淋巴结转移时表达强度高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在不同年龄组、不同病理类型间的P34cdc2激酶表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:P34cdc2激酶过度表达可能促进上皮性卵巢癌的发生、发展,高表达可能提示预后不良。
Objective: To detect the expression of cyclin dependent kinase 2( P34cdc2) in epithelial ovarian carcinoma,borderline ovarian tumor and normal ovarian tissues,and to explore its relationship with clinical and pathological factors. Methods: The expression of P34cdc2protein in 30 cases of epithelial ovarian carcinoma,14 cases of borderline ovarian tumor and 20 cases of normal ovarian tissues were detected by using immunohistochemistry SP method. BioMias image analysis system was used to calculate the positive index( PI). The relationship between P34cdc2expression and clinical pathological factors of ovarian cancer was analyzed. Results: PI showed an increasing trend from epithelial ovarian carcinoma,borderline ovarian tumor to normal ovarian tissues,and the differences between any two groups were significant. In epithelial ovarian carcinoma,the expression of P34cdc2was intensive in patients in late stages,with poor tumor cell differentiation and lymphnode metastasis( P < 0. 05). The expression of P34cdc2was not related to age and pathological types( P > 0. 05). Conclusions: P34cdc2 excessive expression may promote the occurrence and development of epithelial ovarian carcinoma. Its high expression may indicate poor prognosis.
