摘要(Abstract)：

<正>膈上食管憩室又称为食道下段憩室,膈上食道憩室较为罕见,是食道管壁薄弱处形成一个向外突出的与食道相连的盲管状内有开口的腔隙[1]。异位胰腺又称为迷走胰腺,是一种先天性畸形的腺体组织,位于正常胰腺位置之外,与正常胰腺组织的血管、神经、解剖及位置均无任何关系[2],在膈上食道内出现憩室合并其内生长异位胰腺更极为罕见,且缺乏特异性的临床表现,使其诊断更加困难,213年10月11日收治1例膈上食管憩室合并憩
