摘要(Abstract)：

<正>心电图检查是诊断急性心肌梗死(acute myocardial infarction,AMI)的重要手段之一。但在某些特殊的AMI患者中,也可以不存在典型的特征性心电图改变,如仅仅表现为R波递增不良及T波改变等,或者发病早期缺乏典型特征,以后才逐渐出现动态改变,这种现象近年来逐渐得到重视和研究。但是整个AMI急性病程中均表现为基本正常心电图且缺乏典型AMI特征变化的病例较为少
