上皮性卵巢癌组织中TGF-β1和MDR1表达与患者临床病理特征的关系
The association of the expression levels of TGF-β1 and MDR1 with clinicopathological characteristics in patients with epithelial ovarian cancer

摘要(Abstract):

目的探讨上皮性卵巢癌组织转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)及多药耐药基因1(MDR1)蛋白表达水平与患者临床病理特征的关系。方法 140例卵巢组织标本分为上皮性卵巢癌组(n=56)、卵巢良性肿瘤组(n=50)及正常卵巢组(n=34),采用免疫组织化学En Vision法检测3组卵巢组织中TGF-β1、MDR1的表达,分析上皮性卵巢癌组织中TGF-β1及MDR1表达与患者临床病理特征的关系,采用Speaman相关性分析上皮性卵巢癌组织中TGF-β1与MDR1表达的相关性。结果上皮性卵巢癌组TGF-β1及MDR1阳性表达率明显高于卵巢良性肿瘤组及正常卵巢组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);卵巢良性肿瘤组TGF-β1及MDR1阳性表达率均高于正常卵巢组,但MDR1差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)、而TGF-β1差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);上皮性卵巢癌病理分级为Ⅲ/Ⅳ级患者的TGF-β1、MDR1阳性表达率均高于Ⅰ/Ⅱ级,有淋巴结转移患者的TGF-β1、MDR1阳性表达率高于无淋巴结转移患者,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05); Spearman相关分析显示上皮性卵巢癌组织TGF-β1与MDR1表达呈正相关(r=0.608,P <0.001)。结论 TGF-β1及MDR1在上皮性卵巢癌组织呈高表达,且患者的病理分级、淋巴结转移相关。
Objective To investigate the association of the expression levels of transforming growth factor-β1( TGF-β1) and multidrug resistance gene 1( MDR1) in epithelial ovarian cancer tissues with the clinicopathological characteristics of patients with ovarian cancer. Methods A total of 140 samples were divided into epithelial ovarian cancer group( n = 56),ovarian benign tumor group( n = 50) and normal ovarian group( n = 34) based on sample sources. The expression of TGF-β1 and MDR1 were detected using immunohistochemical EnVision method. The relationship between the expression levels of TGF-β1 and MDR1 and the clinicopathological characteristics of patients with ovarian cancer were analyzed. The correlation between TGF-β1 and MDR1 were analyzed by Spearman correlation. Results The rates of TGF-β1-positive and MDR1-positive tumors were significantly higher in epithelial ovarian cancer group than those in either ovarian benign tumor or normal ovarian groups( P < 0. 05).Although their positive rates were greater in benign ovarian tumor group than those in normal ovarian group,the difference only in MDR1 was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Additionally,their positive rates were higher not only in patients with grade III/IV than those in patients with grade I/II,but also in patients with lymph node metastasis than those in patients without lymph node metastasis( P <0. 05). Spearman correlation analysis showed that TGF-β1 was positively associated with MDR1( r = 0. 608,P < 0. 001). Conclusion TGF-β1 and MDR1 are highly expressed in epithelial ovarian cancer tissues and are related to the patient's pathological grade and lymph node metastasis.
