摘要(Abstract)：

目的:探讨发展性照顾护理模式对早产儿喂养的影响。方法:选择入住新生儿监护病房(NICU)早产儿分为2组,研究组169例、对照组156例,对照组给予常规护理模式,研究组实施发展性照顾护理模式,记录两组早产儿入住NICU至离开时,平均每天的体质量增长、喂养不耐受发生情况、胃管留置时间、睡眠时间及住院时间。结果:与对照组早产儿比较,研究组早产儿平均每天的体质量增加更快、喂养不耐受发生率降低、睡眠时间延长,胃管留置时间及住院时间缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:发展性照顾护理模式有利于促进早产儿成长发育。
Objective: To explore the effects of developmental care model on feeding of premature infants. Methods: Premature infants in neonatal intensive care unit were divided into two groups,study group( 169 cases) and control group( 156 cases). Study group was given routine nursing model,and control group was given developmental care model. Average daily body weight growth,occurrance of feeding intolerance,tube indwelling time,sleep time and hospitalization time were recorded. Results:Compared with control group,average daily body weight growth was faster,occurrance rate of feeding intolerance was lower,sleep time was longer,tube indwelling time and hospitalization time was shorter in study group( P < 0. 05). Conclusions: Developmental care model favors growth and development of premature infants.
