甲状腺恶性纤维组织细胞瘤病例分析CASE ANALYSIS OF MALIGNANT FIBROUS HISTIOCYTOMA OF THE THYROID

摘要(Abstract)：
<正> 原发于甲状腺的恶性纤维组织细胞瘤甚为少见,现报告一例如下: 病历摘要:女,48,已婚,农民,因颈部包块渐长大3月,于1983年9月1日入院。入院前三月无意中发现颈前区有一核桃样大小包块,稍痛,无红肿,未就治。近三月来包块迅速长大至鹅蛋样大小,并先后出现声音嘶哑、左耳后放射痛、颈前区压迫感,卧位时尤明显。体检:脉搏68次/分,BP120mmHg,消瘦,神清,双眼不突出,颈前区有一不规则形包块,左侧较突出,大小约10×6公分,表面无红肿,扪诊包块为多个结节感。多数结节较硬,部分结节有囊性感,有轻度压痛,随吞咽动作稍有上下移动,左下极附近
A 48 years old woman with a large goiter was presented. I~(131) scanning showed defect in the left lobe of the thyroid gland. The patient was treated with total thyroidectomy and was diagnosed a malignant fibrous histiocytoma on biopsy.
