摘要(Abstract)：

目的 :建立前列舒乐胶囊中淫羊藿甙的含量测定方法。方法 :采用C18柱 ,乙氰 -水 (2 3∶77)为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 70nm。结果 :淫羊藿甙对照品在 0 0 92～ 1 84μg之间呈良好的线性关系 (r =0 9997) ,平均加样回收率为 99 3 % ,RSD 1 0 7% (n =6 )。结论 :本法简便、准确、重复性好 ,可作为该制剂的定量分析方法
Objective:To establish a method to determine the content of Icariin in Qianlie Shule Capsules. Methods: C 18 column was used with acetonitrile-water(23:77) as mobile phase and the detection wavelengthe was set at 270?nm. Results: The linear range was 0 092～1 84?μg for the Icariin (r=0 9997). The average recovery was 99 3% and RSD was 1 07% (n=6)?Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate, with a good reproducibility and can be used as a quantitative analysis method for this preparation.
