摘要(Abstract)：

目的:分析基本药物集中招标采购未中标药物的现状及其原因,为完善我国基本药物集中招标采购制度提供参考。方法:对贵州省2012年度国家基本药物(基层医疗机构配备使用部分)集中招标采购中未中标药物品种、剂型进行统计分析。结果:2012年,贵州省国家基本药物集中招标采购药品共有261种,1 222个具体的剂型规格品(不考虑生产企业),与2009版《国家基本药物目录》比较,有44个目录内品种没有企业中标,另有33个目录品种的剂型没有中标;未中标药品主要为生物制品、抗寄生虫病药和解毒药。结论:贵州省基本药物中标品种分布相对较合理,某些药物未中标可能导致基层医疗机构部分药品短缺,对正常临床工作产生了一定影响。
Objective: To analyze the present situation of unsuccessful drugs during essential drug centralized bidding and purchasing process and its reason,and so as to provide reference for improvement of essential drug centralized bidding system. Methods: Types and dosage forms of unsuccessful drugs during national essential drug centralized bidding and purchasing process( grassroots medical institution part) in Guizhou province in 2012 were analyzed statistically. Results: In 2012,a total of 261 drugs and 1 222 dosage forms( without considering production enterprises) won the bidding in Guizhou; Compared with the 2009 edition of " the national essential drug list",44 varieties and 33 dosage forms lost the bidding. The unsuccessful drugs included biological products,antiparasitic drugs,antidotes and so on. Conclusions: Variety distributions of bidding essential drugs are relatively reasonable in Guizhou province. Some unsuccessful drugs may lead to the shortage of basic drugs in grassroots medical institution and may affect regular clinical work to some degree.
