骨性Ⅲ类错牙萌出高度与下颌平面角的相关性研究
Study on the Correlation between the Eruption Height and the Mandibular Plane Angle of Skeletal Class Ⅲ Malocclusion

摘要(Abstract):

目的:通过测量骨性Ⅲ类错牙合上下牙的萌出高度,探讨牙萌出高度对下颌平面角的影响。方法:收集30例骨性Ⅲ类错牙合畸形患者口腔锥形束CT(CBCT)的DICOM数据,利用invivo5.1软件测量下颌平面角(MP-FH角)及上颌各牙的牙冠到腭平面和下颌各牙的牙冠到下颌平面的垂直距离;采用Pearson分析上下颌各牙萌出高度与MP-FH角的相关性。结果:骨性Ⅲ类错牙合左右侧同名牙萌出高度进行配对t检验,结果显示左右侧牙齿萌出高度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);下颌第1恒磨牙,下颌第2恒磨牙到下颌平面的垂直高度与MP-FH角呈负相关(r=-0.394、-0.557,P<0.05);其余各牙到下颌平面的垂直高度与MP-FH角无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:骨性Ⅲ类错牙合下颌平面角越大,下颌磨牙高度越小。
Objective: To investigate the effect of tooth eruption height on mandibular plane angle by measuring the eruption height of all teeth in the upper and lower arch of skeletal class Ⅲ malocclusion.Methods: The DICOM data of oral cone beam( CBCT) in 30 patients with skeletal class Ⅲ malocclusion were collected according to the inclusion criteria. The invivo5. 1 software was adopted to measure the mandibular plane angle( MP-FH angle) and the vertical distance from the upper teeth to the palatal plane and from lower teeth to the mandibular plane. Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between eruption height and MP-FH angle. Results: The paired t-test showed that there was no statistically significant difference in the eruption height of the right and left sides of the skeletal class Ⅲ malocclusion( P > 0. 05). The vertical height from mandibular first molar to mandibular plane and the vertical height from mandibular second molar to mandibular plane were negatively correlated with MP-FH( P < 0. 05). The rest of teeth had no significant correlation with MP-FH angle( P > 0. 05). Conclusion: The greater the degree of mandibular plane angle,the smaller the mandibular molar height.
