多普勒超声观察冠心病患者脑动脉血流An Observation on the Variations in Cerebral Arterial Blood Streana of Coronary Heart Disease Patient with Transcranial Color Coded Duplex Doppler Sonography

摘要(Abstract):
应用双功能经颅彩色多普勒超声(TCCD)对34例冠心病患者进行脑动脉血流检测,结果表明,冠心病患者经颅多普勒频谱形态第二峰高于第一峰18例,第一峰高于第二峰8例,与正常组比较:大脑中动脉(MCA)血流速度低于正常组,搏动指数(PI)、阻力指数(RI)均增高(P<001)。椎动脉(VA)的PI升高(P<001),而基底动脉(BA)Vs、Vd、Vm及PI、RI与正常组比较均有显著差异(P<005和P<001)。认为冠心病患者多存在脑动脉硬化,TCCD可以反应其脑血流动力学变化,有一定临床应用价值。
This paper introduces the observation of cerebral hemodgnamics
in 34 patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) with transcranial color_coded duplex Doppler
sonography The results show that in one group of 18 cases with CHD, the second peak of the
frequency was higher than that of the first one,and in the other group of patients with CHD the
first peak higher than that of the second one. In both of the groups the blood flow velocity of the
middle cerebral artery (MCA) was lower than of the normal control group,and pulsatility index
(PI) and resistive index (RI) were all higher P <0 01) The PI of verterbral artery(VA) is high, Vs,
Vd, Vm and PI,RI of basilar artery (BA) all significantly differed ( <0 05 and <0 01).We consider
that TCCD can accurately and reliahlly reflex the cerebral hemodynamics changes and is
valuable in clinical application for patients with CHD conplicated cerebral artary
atherseslerosis.
