广州市部分体检公务员高尿酸血症的相关影响因素Associated Influencing Factors of Hyperuricemia in Some Civil Servants in Guangzhou

摘要(Abstract):
目的:研究广州市23 585名体检公务员中高尿酸血症患病情况及相关影响因素。方法:收集广州市某疗养院体检的23 585名公务员的血尿酸检测结果,统计高尿酸血症总病例数,比较不同年龄组男性、女性体检者高尿酸血症患病率,分析代谢异常与高尿酸血症的关系,Logistic回归分析男性、女性高尿酸血症的影响因素。结果:23 585例体检者中共有高尿酸血症患者10 200例,高尿酸血症的患病率为43.24%;广州市部分公务员群体男性青年组及中年组高尿酸血症患病率均高于老年组和高龄老年组,女性高尿酸血症的患病率随年龄组增长而增加,除了男性正常尿酸者与高尿酸血症患者间高血糖的患病率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)外,其余代谢异常患病率无论男女均是高尿酸血症患者高于正常尿酸者;Logistic回归分析显示,男性中超重和(或)肥胖、高血压、血脂异常、脂肪肝、肝功能异常是高尿酸血症的危险因素,年龄段、糖尿病是保护因素,女性中年龄段、超重及肥胖、高血压、血脂异常、脂肪肝、肝功能异常是高尿酸血症的危险因素,而糖尿病与高尿酸血症不相关。结论:广州部分公务员人群中的高尿酸血症患病率较高,男女患病高峰年龄段不同,除了糖尿病是男性高尿酸血症的保护因素外,合并其他代谢紊乱是高尿酸血症的危险因素。
Objective: To investigate the prevalence and associated risk factors of hyperuricemia in civil servants of Guangzhou China. Methods: The data of medical examinations of the civil servants of Guangzhou in a Guangzhou cadre sanatorium in 2016 were collected and analyzed. Results: There was no statistical significance in hyperuricemia indicators between the male young and middle-aged groups,but the indicators of the two groups were higher than those of the old age group. In female patients the rate of hyperuricemia increased with the age increasing. Hyperuricemia was associated with metabolic syndrome. Logistic regression analysis revealed that in the male,elements as overweight or obesity,dyslipidemia,hypertension,fatty liver and abnormal liver function were risk factors,while age and diabetes were protective factors. In the female,the risk factors of hyperuricemia were age,overweight,obesity,dyslipidemia,hypertension,fatty liver and abnormal liver function,but diabetes is not associated with hyperuricemia. Conclusion: The prevalence of hyperuricemia was relatively high among Guangzhou civil servants. The peak age of incidence was different in male and female. The risk factors of hyperuricemia were the same in male and female except for age.
