右美托咪定对全身麻醉手术患者脑电波功率谱的影响
Effect of Dexmedetomidine on EEG Power Spectrum of General Anesthesia Patients

摘要(Abstract):

目的:观察右美托咪定(DEX)对成年全身麻醉手术患者脑电波频段功率百分比的影响。方法:12名择期全麻手术患者给予1.0μg/kg·h DEX泵注,10 min后降低剂量(0.5μg/kg·h)维持泵注,用Narcotrend麻醉深度监测仪监测给药前和给药后达到常规镇静NI值时对应的4种脑电波(α、β、θ、δ)功率百分比;同时采用警觉镇静评分(OAA/S)评价其镇静深度,观察给药前后患者心率(HR)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)及脉搏氧饱和度(Sp O2)的变化。结果:与给药前比较,12例全麻手术患者给DEX后SBP和DBP下降、HR减慢(P<0.05),NI值明显降低(P<0.05),脑电δ波功率百分比明显下降(P<0.05),脑电α、β、θ波功率百分比升高(P<0.05)。结论:DEX达到常规镇静时,4种脑电波频段功率百分比均有明显改变,DEX"易唤醒"的镇静特性可能与这些脑电波改变有关。
Objective: To investigate the effect of dexmedetomidine on EEG power spectrum percentage in adult patients underwent general anesthesia. Methods: Twelve general anesthesia patients were given 1. 0 μg / kg dexmedetomidine for 10 minutes,then maintained with 0. 5 μg /( kg·h),the depth of sedation and the EEG spectrum power percentage( α,β,θ,δ) of the patients were monitored by Narcotrend monitor. OAA / S score was also adopted to assess the sedation. The changes of HR,SBP,DBP and Sp O2 were recorded at the same time. Results: Twelve patients systolic pressure,diastolic pressure and heart rate decreased( P < 0. 05) after medication; NI value decreased significantly( P <0. 05),brain wave δ power percentage decreased significantly( P < 0. 05),brain wave α,β,θ power percentage increased( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Obvious changes had found after medication in EEG power spectrum percentage; and its " easy to wake up" has a potential relationship with the changes of EEG power spectrum.
