摘要(Abstract)：

目的 :探寻宫炎平胶囊中没食子酸的含量测定方法。方法 :采用高效液相色谱法测定没食子酸的含量。色谱柱DiamonsilC1 8柱 ,流动相为四氢呋喃 -甲醇 - 0 2 %磷酸 (0 5∶0 5∶99) ,流速 1ml/min ,检测波长 2 74nm。结果 :该方法线性关系良好 ,平均加样回收率为 96 6 % ,RSD =1 5 9%。结论 :本方法简便、快速、精密度高、分离度良好 ,可用于宫炎平胶囊的质量控制
Objective: To establish a method to determine the content of gallic acid in Gongyanping capsules. Methods: HPLC was adopted. The system consisted of C18 column and tetrahydrofuran methanol 0.2% phosphoric mixture (0.5∶0.5∶99) as mobile phase, with a flow rate of 1.0 ml·min -1 , and the UV detection wavelength was 274 nm. Results: There was a good linear correlation. The average recovery rate was 96.6%. RSD=1.59%. Conclusion: This method is accurate and could be used for quality control of the capsule.
