摘要(Abstract)：

本文对黄芪复方营养液进行毒理学研究，结果表明：小鼠经口ＬＤ（５０）测定属实际无毒范围，小鼠精子畸形、小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验和Ａｍｅｓ试验均为阴性，说明该品无诱变作用，食用安全。
The paper describes the toxicology research of Astragalus Membranaceus composite nutrient liquid. The results showed that the determination of oral LD(50)in male and female mice were within the limits of nonpoisonous.Mutagenic effect was assessed in Astragalus Membranaceus composite nutrient liquid by sperm deformation test,micronucleus test and Ames assay,but all the negative results were obtained thus Astragalus Membranaceus composite nutrient liquid is a safety food.
