摘要(Abstract)：

目的:观察甲床甲母质部分切除术治疗嵌甲甲沟炎(ITP)的临床疗效。方法:将125例ITP患者根据随机数字表法分为A(40例,全甲拔除术)、B(42例,部分拔甲术)、C(43例,甲床甲母质部分切除术)3组,比较各组治疗效果、疼痛、感染、畸形以及复发情况。结果:C组患者愈合时间、一次性治愈率、换药次数均显著优于A组和B组(P<0.05);随访1年,C组患者疼痛、感染、畸形以及复发发生率明显低于A组和B组(P<0.05)。结论:甲床甲母质部分切除术治疗ITP效果好,患者痛苦小,复发率低,值得临床推广。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of nail bed nail matrix partial resection in the treatment of ingrown toenails paronychia( ITP). Methods: A total of 125 cases of ITP were divided into group A( n = 40 cases,treated with full extraction),group B( n = 42,treated with partial nail extraction),group C( n = 43 cases,treated with nail bed nail matrix partial resection). The treatment effect,pain,infection,deformity and recurrence were compared between 3 groups. Results: In group C,the curative effect in terms of healing time,one-time cure rate and dressing change times were significantly better than that of A group and B group( P < 0. 05). After 1 year follow-up,the rate of infection,deformity and recurrence of group C were significantly lower than that of group A and group B( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: In the treatment of ITP,the nail bed nail matrix partial resection shows good effect,patients experience less pain and recurrence rate is relatively low. It is worthy of clinical application.
