结肠直肠癌细胞DNA及CD44含量与肿瘤形成和转移的关系

摘要(Abstract):

目的 :探讨结肠直肠癌细胞DNA含量及CD4 4的定量检测与癌形成和转移的关系。方法 :采用流式细胞仪 (flowcytometry ,FCM)对手术切除的结肠直肠癌组织及癌旁周围正常组织细胞进行DNA含量及倍体测定、CD4 4定量检测。结果 :DNA含量在结直肠癌组明显增高 ,二倍体细胞明显减少 ,而异倍体明显增多 ,在结直肠癌组异倍体率为 6 6 6 % ;同时CD4 4在结直肠癌组明显高于癌旁周围正常组织组 (P <0 0 1) ,CD4 4在有淋巴结转移组和无淋巴结转移组中有极显著差异 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :癌细胞DNA含量及异倍体率增加 ,CD4 4的表达与结肠直肠癌形成、转移有关。
Objective: To explore the relationship between DNA content and expression of CD44, and carcinogenesis and metastasis of the colorectal cancer Methods: DNA content, cell ploidy, and CD44 content of tumor cells were tested by flow cytometry.Results: During the process of carcinogenesis, DNA content increased significantly. The diploid cells decreased while heteroploid cells increased sharply with a heteroploid rate of 66.6%. At the same time, CD44 content increased sharply. CD44 content in colorectal cancers was much higher than that in normal colorectal tissue (P<0 01). CD44 content of patients with lymphnodes metastasis was higher than that of patients without metastasis (P<0 01). Conclusion: The increaee of DNA content, and heteroploidy, and CD44 expression relate to carcinogenesis and metastasis of the colorectal cancer.
