摘要(Abstract)：

目的:探讨胎儿生长受限(FGR)对妊娠结局的影响。方法:收集39例足月分娩FGR新生儿产妇(FGR组)以及41例同期足月分娩正常体重新生儿的产妇(对照组)及新生儿资料,比较分析两组胎儿窘迫、新生儿窒息、羊水混浊、吸入性肺炎、缺血缺氧性脑病发生率及分娩方式。结果:FGR组发生胎儿窘迫、新生儿窒息、羊水混浊、吸入性肺炎、缺血缺氧性脑病发生率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组阴道分娩的比例明显高于FGR组,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01),而对照组择期剖宫产和急诊剖宫产的比例明显低于FGR组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:FGR影响围生儿的妊娠结局及分娩方式。
