摘要(Abstract)：

目的:探讨现代综合医院心理科住院病人疾病谱分布情况。方法:对1999-2000年心理科的住院病人的疾病分类、年龄分布和性别分布进行统计分析。结果:综合医院心理科住院病人以神经症、精神分裂症、心境障碍为主。精神分裂症组患者的住院年龄显著低于神经症、心境障碍、酒精中毒所致精神障碍和脑器质性精神障碍的住院年龄(P<0.001)。神经症和心境障碍以女性为主,而酒精中毒所致精神障碍和脑器质性精神障碍则以男性为主(P<0.005)。结论:加强青少年心理卫生教育以减少精神分裂症的发生率。平稳渡过围绝经期是减少神经症和抑郁症发生的重要措施。
Objective: To explore the disease spectrum of in-patients in the department of psychology in general hospital. Methods; Data of all of the in-patients in the department of psychology of The Af-filiated Hospital of Guiyang Medical College in the latest 3. 5 years were statistically analyzed in terms of disease-type, patients' age and sex. Results: Patients with neurosis, schizophrenia, depression consisted the majority of the in-patients. The age of schizophrenia in-patients was younger than those of patients of neurosis, depression, alcohol caused mental disorder and brain-organic mental disorder ( P < 0.001). The neurosis and depression in-patients were mainly women, while patients of alcohol caused mental disorder and brain-organic mental disorder were mainly men ( P < 0. 005 ). Conclu-sions: To strengthen the education of mental health for adolescents could reduce the incidence of schizophrenia. Stably passing through the stage of menopause is one of the important measures to decrease the incidences of neurosis and depression.
