摘要(Abstract):
目的 :探讨炮制对黄芪中水溶性浸出物含量的影响。方法 :用冷浸法测定黄芪及其炮制品中水溶性浸出物的含量。结果 :盐麸制黄芪中水溶性浸出物含量最高 ,其余炮制品均较生品高。结论 :不同炮制方法对黄芪中水溶性浸出物含量有一定影响 ,这对阐述黄芪的炮制理论有一定意义
Objective:To investigate the processing effect on the amount of water-soluble extracts from Huagnqi. Methods: Maceration method was used. Results: The amount of water-soluble extracts was the highest when stir-fried with salt processed wheat bran. The extract amounts produced with other processing methods were all hihger than those from crude drug. Conclusion: Different processing methods have siginficant effects on the amount of water-soluble extracts, which contribute to some extent to the theory of Huangqi processing.
