摘要(Abstract)：

目的:了解贵阳地区无偿献血人群结构特征。方法:采用穿越血液管理系统对贵阳地区2013-2014年151 783人次献血者的统计变量,包括血型、性别、年龄、职业分布及受教育程度)进行分析,并利用SPSS 18统计软件进行分析。结果:献血者血型A∶B∶O∶AB为3.8∶3.2∶4.6∶1,男女比例为1.1∶1,年龄为18~45岁、高中及以上学历,汉族和不明职业者及学生是无偿献血的主力。结论:贵阳地区的无偿献血人群呈现一个相对稳定和健康良好局面。
Objective: To investigate the characteristics of blood donors without payment in Guiyang from 2013 to 2014. Methods: The statistical variables of 151 783 blood donors in Guiyang from2013 to 2014,including blood type,gender,age,professional level and educational level,were analyzed by blood management system and SPSS18. Results: Among all blood donors,the blood type ratio of A: B: O: AB was 3. 8 : 3. 2 : 4. 6 : 1,and the male female ratio was 1. 1 : 1. The donors were mainly aged from 18 to 45,of whom the majority were those who had high school education level or above,those who were Han nationality,those who studied at school and those who had no clear career. Conclusion: Being younger and better-edcuated is a characteristics and trend for blood donors without payment in Guiyang. The situation of blood donation without payment is relatively stable and healthy.
