摘要(Abstract)：

目的 :测定胃舒胶囊中吴茱萸胺和吴茱萸次碱的含量。方法 :采用高效液相色谱法 (HPLC)测定胃舒胶囊中吴茱萸胺和吴茱萸次碱的含量。使用C18柱 ,流动相为甲醇 水 磷酸 (6 5∶34 9∶0 1) ,检测波长为 2 2 5nm。结果 :本方法吴茱萸胺和吴茱萸次碱的线性关系良好 ,它们的平均回收率分别为 99 4%和 99 0 % ,RSD分别为 2 1%和 1 2 %。结论 :该方法精密度高 ,分离良好 ,可用于胃舒胶囊中吴茱萸胺和吴茱萸次碱的质量控制
Objective:Assay of content of Evodiamine and Rutecanpine in Wei Shu Capsule.Methods:Determination of the contents of Evodiamine and Rutecanpine in Wei Shu Capsule with HPLC This system consisted of C18 column and methanol water phosphoris acid(65∶34 9∶0 1)mixture as mobile phase,with the detection wavelength at 225?nm Results: There is good linear correlation with Evodiamine and Rutecanpine in this method The aveage added recovery of Evodiamine was 99 4% and RSD was 2 1%, The average added recovery of Rutecanpine was 99 0% and RSD was 1 2% Conclusion: The method was accurate and has a good separation ,It can be used for the quality control of Evodiamine and Rutecanpine in Wei Shu Capsule
