摘要(Abstract)：

<正>胰腺癌起病隐匿,早期多无特征性表现,不易诊断,其恶性程度高,手术治疗困难,预后极差,是名副其实的"癌中之王",成为多年以来医学界肿瘤疾病治疗中的一座顽固的堡垒。近年来,胰腺癌的发病率不断上升,成为世界范围内第二常见的消化系统恶性肿瘤,在国外已超过胃癌位居肿瘤死亡人数的第4位,在我国居肿瘤发病率的第7位[1]。胰腺癌的临床症状一般不典型,大多数患者发现时已处于晚期,5年生存率小于10%[2];故胰腺癌发
