MCP-1水平与冠心病严重程度的相关性分析The Correlation Analysis of MCP 1 Levels and the Severity of Coronary Heart Disease

摘要(Abstract):
目的:探讨冠心病患者单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)含量与冠心病严重程度的关系。方法:心内科收治稳定性心绞痛(SAP)患者20例(SAP组)、不稳定性心绞痛(UA)患者20例(UA组)及急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者20例(AMI组),应用夹心酶联免疫吸附法对3组患者血清中MCP-1的含量进行检测;对比3组患者MCP-1的水平,根据GRACE危险评分将所有患者再次分为低危组、高危组和极高危组3个组,分析MCP-1与GRACE危险评分的相关性。结果:SAP组血清中MCP-1含量最低,其次为UA组,3组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在3个组中,低危组患者血中MCP-1含量最低,其次为高危组,3组比较,差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05);MCP-1与GRACE危险评分的相关性分析发现,患者血中MCP-1含量与冠心病GRACE评分存在正相关关系(r=0.61,P<0.05)。结论:MCP-1与冠心病严重程度存在显著的相关性,可用于预测冠心病的严重程度。
Objective: To analyze the correlation between the levels of monocyte chemotactic protein-1( MCP-1) and the severity of coronary heart disease. Methods: Randomly selecting 20 cases patients with stable angina pectoris( SAP group),20 patients with unstable angina pectoris( UA group) and20 patients with acute myocardial infarction( AMI group). Sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent method was used to detect MCP-1 content. MCP-1 levels were compared between three groups. At the same time,according to the GRACE risk score,all 60 patients were divided into low-risk group,highrisk group and extremely high-risk group,the correlation of MCP-1 and GRACE risk score were analyzed. Results: Compared the MCP-1 of SAP group,UA group and AMI group,SAP group was the lowest one,followed by UA group,and AMI group was the highest one,differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05); Compared the MCP-1 of low-risk group,high-risk group and extremely highrisk group,the low-risk group was the lowest one,followed by high-risk groups,and extremely highrisk group was the highest one. there were statistical significance( P < 0. 05). Blood MCP-1 content was positively correlated with GRACE score( r = 0. 61,P < 0. 05). Conclusions: MCP-1 content is positively correlated with GRACE score and can be used to predict the severity of coronary heart disease.
