海洛因依赖者免疫功能及SOD水平测定
Changes in Immunological Function and Superoxide Dismutase Levels of Sera in Heroin Addicts

摘要(Abstract):

对32例海洛因依赖者作了血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平测定,其中30例作了血清IgG、IgA、IgM、C3、C4,Bf以及循环免疫复合物(CIC)测定,与年龄匹配的33例健康志愿者比较,依赖组IgA、C3和SOD水平均显著降低(IgA、C3,P<0.01;SOD,P<0.001),而CIC则显著升高(P<0.01)。提示长期海洛因刺激可损伤机体的Ig和补体,并影响SOD的合成
he IgG,IgA,IgM,C3,C4,Bf and circulatory immune complex (CIC) levels were measured by immunodiffuse or PEG method in sera of 30 heroin addicts, and superoxide dismutase (SOD) levels by radioimmunoassay in 32 those patients. Compared with 33 age matched volunteers, the IgA and C3 levels of the addicts were significantly decreased (1 458±694 mg/L vs 2 091±1 131 mg/L, 725.2±243.9 mg/L vs 992.9±314.4 mg/L, P <0.01, respectively), CIC significantly elevated (2.60±2.35 vs 1.33±0.59, P <0.01) and SOD levels significantly decreased (256.6±54.6 μg/L vs 440.8±205.0 μg/L, P <0.001). These results suggest that the synthesis of immunoglobulin, complement components, and SOD in those people who suffer from chronic heroin stimulating might be impaired.
