摘要(Abstract)：

报道一个疣状表皮发育不良家族的ＨＬＡ系谱分析结果，并随访观察１３年。在随访期间先证者先后伴发基底细胞癌、鳞状细胞癌和皮角。对该家族王代１１人的ＨＬＡ系谱分析的结果表明：ＨＬＡ－Ａ２６Ｂ３５单倍患只有二位患者及他们的子女具有。透射电镜检查未见病毒颗粒。对本病病因及治疗进行了讨论。
Analysis of HLA pedigree in an epidermodysplasia verruciformis family is reported. It was the first report in our country. We have been followed up for 13 years. The propositus complicated early of late with basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma and cutaneous hore during follow up period. It is rare. Result analysed HLA pedigree of his familial three generation, eleven people indicated that only two patients and their children possessed HLA A26B36 haploid type, Human papilloma viral particles were not found in the lesion of the patient with transmission electron microscope. Etiology and treatment of the disease were discussed.
