冠心病患者血清脂质过氧化物、超氧化物歧化酶水平及与血脂的相关性

摘要(Abstract):

目的 :探讨冠心病 (CHD)患者血清脂质过氧化物 (LPO)、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、血脂的变化及其相互关系。方法 :测定了 46例CHD患者及 37例正常人血清丙二醛 (MDA)、SOD、总胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL -C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL -C)水平。结果 :CHD患者MDA、TC、TG、LDL -C显著高于正常 (P <0 0 1) ,SOD、HDL -C显著低于正常 (P <0 0 2 ) ,而且MDA与TC、LDL -C呈显著正相关 (r=0 31,P <0 0 5 ;r =0 37,P <0 0 2 ) ,SOD与HDL -C呈显著正相关 (r =0 34,P <0 0 5 )。结论 :CHD患者脂质过氧化 (LP)增强与抗氧化功能降低及脂质代谢障碍之间存在一定关系
Objective: To deretmine the changes and relationships between malomdialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and serum lipids in serum of the patients with coronary heart diseae (CHD).Methods:The leves of serum highdensity lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C),total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG),MDA and SOD were measured in 46 patients and 37 healthy of subjects. Results:Our data confirmed that the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C and MDA were higher (P<0 01),the levels of HDL-C and SOD were lower (P<0 02) in CHD patients than in controls.Correlation analysis revealed that the levels of TC and LDL-C correlated significantly with level of MDA (r=0.31,P<0 05;r=0.37,P<0.02),level of HDL-C correlated significantly with level of SOD (r=0.34,P<0.05).Conclusion:The results suggested that there was close relationship of serum lipids with MDA and SOD.
