紫外分光光度法和蒽酮-硫酸法测定参芎葡萄糖注射液中总糖含量

摘要(Abstract):

目的:建立参芎葡萄糖注射液中总糖含量的良好测定方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法和蒽酮-硫取法,以葡萄糖为对照品,对参芎葡萄糖注射液中总糖进行含量测定。结果:建立了以葡萄糖为对照品,紫外分光光度法测定参芎葡萄糖注射液中总糖的含量测定方法,且浓度在0.008~0.03 g/L范围内与吸光度线性关系良好,A=35.50C-0.041 80,r=0.999 3,平均回收率为103.1%,RSD为2.9%。结论:蒽酮-硫酸法测定参芎葡萄糖注射液中总糖含量,测定方法简便、准确可靠,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish the method for the determination of total sugar in Shenxiong glucose injection. Methods: Adopting UV spectrophotometry and anthrone sulfur method,using glucose as reference to measure total sugar content of Shenxiong injection. Results: Established the method of using glucose as reference to test total sugar of Shenxiong glucose injection by UV spectrophotometry,and it showed a good linear relationship between the absorbance and the concentration between 0. 008~ 0. 03 g / L,A = 35. 50 C ~ 0. 0418 0,r = 0. 999 3; the average recovery was 103. 1%,RSD was2. 9%. Conclusions: The method is practical,accurate and reliable,can be used as quality control method of Shenxiong glucose injection.
