摘要(Abstract):
<正>Wnt基因是一种原癌基因,1982年Nusse等[1]在用小鼠乳头瘤病毒(mouse mammary tumor virus,MMTV)诱导小鼠乳腺癌过程中发现了Wnt基因,由于该基因的激活依赖MMTV的插入(insertion),因此被命名为Int-1。后研究发现Int-1基因与1973年Sharma报道的果蝇的无翅基因Wingless(wg)为同源基因,因此将两者合并称为Wnt基
