烤瓷牙龈比色板的初步研制及颜色分析Preliminary Manufacture of Gingival Porcelain with Colorimetric Plate

摘要(Abstract):
目的:烤瓷牙龈比色板研制及颜色分析。方法:选用金属牙龈瓷粉G1~G5和染色剂Akz01~Akz20,按10∶1质量比混合后分组,G1与Akz01~Akz20混合标记为A组、G2与Akz01~Akz20混合标记为B组、G3与Akz01~Akz20混合标记为C组、G4与Akz01~Akz20混合标记为D组、G5与Akz01~Akz20混合标记为E组,采用Vita Easyshdy4. 0比色仪测量5组色片的L*、C*、H*值,并与牙龈色度值进行比较。结果:5组烤瓷牙龈比色板的L*值的分布范围为10. 10~26. 90、C*值的分布范围为0. 50~14. 20、H*值的分布范围为0. 80~72. 40;同天然牙龈相比较,5组定制比色板的色度值范围在天然牙龈色度值范围内(P <0. 01)。结论:定制比色板的颜色能基本模拟天然牙龈的颜色,对于临床牙龈颜色传递有一定意义。
Objective: To research and analysis the gingival colorimetric plate for porcelain. Methods: Vita company products of gingival porcelain powder G1 ~ G5 and coloring agent Akz01 ~ Akz20 were selected and grouped according to mixed at 10 ∶ 1 mass ratio. The mixture of G1 and Akz01 ~Akz20 was recorded as Group A; G2 and Akz01 ~ Akz20 were recorded as Group B; G3 and Akz01 ~Akz20 were recorded as Group C; G4 and Akz01 ~ Akz20 were recorded as Group D; G5 and Akz01 ~Akz20 were recorded as Group E. Electronic weighing scales,weighing paper bag,each packet contains 21 samples,Sintering on Ni-CD alloy to form a colorimetric sheet. The L*,C* and H* values of 5 sets of color plates were measured by Vita Easyshdy 4. 0 colorimeter,and gingival color values were compared. Results: The L* value of the porcelain gingival colorimetric plate was in the range of10. 10 ~ 26. 90; C * 0. 50 ~ 14. 20 and H * 0. 80 ~ 72. 40. Compared with gingiva,the color value range of custom-made colorimetric plate of the five groups is in the range of natural gingival color(P< 0. 01). Conclusion: The color of the custom colorimetric plate can basically simulate the color of the natural gingiva. It has some significance for the color transfer of clinical gum.
