贵州汉族人群载脂蛋白B基因多态性与原发性高血压的关系

摘要(Abstract):

目的:探讨载脂蛋白B(apo B)基因EcoRI位点的多态性与贵州汉族人群原发性高血压(EH)的关系。方法:选择81例汉族EH患者(EH组)和71例血压正常受试者,采用聚合酶链反应检测apo B基因EcoRI位点的多态性,比较两组研究对象EcoRI位点的基因型及等位基因的频率。结果:在正常对照组中,apo B基因EcoRI位点E+E+和E+E-基因型频率分别为0.887和0.113,E+和E-等位基因频率分别为0.944和0.056;在EH组中,EcoRI位点E+E+和E+E-基因型频率分别为0.864和0.136,E+和E-等位基因频率分别为0.932和0.068;两组均未检测到E-E-基因型;两组受试者EcoRI位点基因型及等位基因频率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:apo B基因EcoRI位点多态性与贵州汉族人群EH发生无关。
Objective: To investigate the correlation between EcoRI polymorphisms of apolipoprotein B( apo B) gene and essential hypertension( EH) in Han population of Guizhou. Methods: 81 patients with EH( EH group) and 71 normotensive individuals were selected,the apo B genotypes and alleles were determined by using polymerase chain reaction; comparing geno type and allele frequency of EcoRI. Results: In the normotensive( NT) group,the frequencies of genotypes of EcoRI E + E + and E +E-were 0. 887 and 0. 113,E + and E-allele frequency were 0. 944 and 0. 056; in the EH group,the frequencies of genotypes of EcoRI E + E + and E + E-were 0. 864 and 0. 136 respectively; E + and Eallele frequency were 0. 932 and 0. 068; the genotype E-E-was not detected for both groups. Comparison of the genotype and allelic frequencies of both groups showed no statistical significance for the EcoRI locus polymorphis( P > 0. 05). Conclusion: The genotype and allele frequencies of EcoRI locus showed no correlation with EH occurrence of Han population in Guizhou.
