贵阳地区育龄人群HbA_2和HbF参考范围的研究Establishment of the Reference Range of HbA_2 and HbF in Guiyang Population of Reproductive Age

摘要(Abstract):
目的:探讨贵阳地区育龄人群血红蛋白A2(HbA_2)和血红蛋白F(HbF)的参考范围。方法:采用毛细管电泳技术,对497例孕妇(正常孕妇组)、180例育龄期男性(正常男性组)和155例育龄期未孕女性(正常女性组)的血红蛋白进行测定,比较各组HbA_2和HbF的检测结果和参考范围。结果:整体HbA_2均值为(2.70±0.21)%,HbF中位数与四分位间距为0(0.3%),参考范围分别为2.3%~3.1%和<0.9%;正常男性组和正常孕妇组的HbA_2的平均值分别为(2.70±0.23)%和(2.70±0.19)%,显著高于正常女性组的(2.63±0.21)%(P<0.01),参考范围分别为2.3%~3.2%、2.3%~3.1%和2.2%~3.0%;正常男性组、正常女性组和正常孕妇组间的HbF分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),参考范围分别为<0.5%、<1.1%和<1.0%。结论:贵阳地区育龄人群的HbA_2和HbF数值受到性别及妊娠状态的影响。
Objective: To establish the reference range of HbA_2 and Hb F in Guiyang population of reproductive age. Methods: Hemoglobin analysis was performed in 497 pregnant women,180 men of reproductive age and 155 non-pregnant women of reproductive age by using capillary electrophoresis. The value and reference ranges of HbA_2 and Hb F of different groups were compared. Results: On the whole,the mean value of HbA_2 was( 2. 70 ± 0. 21) %,the median value and interquartile range of Hb F were 0 and 0. 3%,and the reference ranges of HbA_2 and Hb F were 2. 3% ~ 3. 1% less than0. 9% respectively. The mean values of HbA_2 of normal men and normal pregnant women were( 2. 70± 0. 23) % and( 2. 70 ± 0. 19) % respectively,significantly higher than that of normal female( 2. 63± 0. 21) %( P < 0. 01),with the reference ranges were 2. 3% ~ 3. 2%,2. 3% ~ 3. 1% and 2. 2% ~3. 0% respectively. The distributions of Hb F in normal male,normal female and normal pregnant women had statistical difference( P < 0. 01),with the reference ranges less than 0. 5%,1. 1% and1. 0% respectively. Conclusion: The reference ranges of HbA_2 and Hb F in Guiyang population of reproductive age have been established. Both gender and pregnancy status have a certain effect on the reference range.
