复方对乙酰氨基酚金银花胶囊的抗炎镇痛解热作用Anti-Inflammatory,Analgesic and Antipyretic Effects of Compound Paracetamol Jinyinhua Capsule

摘要(Abstract):
目的:研究复方对乙酰氨基酚金银花胶囊的抗炎、镇痛和解热作用。方法:采用小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性实验及角叉菜胶致大鼠足肿胀实验观察复方对乙酰氨基酚的抗炎作用,热板法和冰醋酸致痛扭体法观察镇痛作用,用10%的干酵母混悬液致大鼠发热模型研究其解热作用。结果:复方对乙酰氨基酚金银花胶囊对小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性和大鼠足肿胀有显著的抑制作用,热板法实验结果提示给药后1、2、3及5 h复方对乙酰氨基酚金银花胶囊均能显著延长小鼠疼痛反应的潜伏期,痛阈值提高,明显减少小鼠的扭体反应数;对酵母致大鼠发热有明显的降低体温的作用。结论:复方对乙酰氨基酚金银花胶囊具有抗炎、镇痛和解热作用。
Objective: To investigative the anti-inflammatory,analgesic and antipyretic effects of compound paracetamol Jinyinhua capsule. Methods: The anti-inflammatory effect of compound paracetamol Jinyinhua capsule was evaluated by the experimental observation of blood capillary permeability induced by acetic acid in rat and carrageenin induced paw edema in rat; the hot plate method and acetic acid induced pain torsion body methods were used to assay the analgesic effect of paracetamol and,the antipyretic effect was evaluated in rat fever model induced by subcutaneous injection of dried yeast.Result: Compound paracetamol Jinyinhua capsule could significantly decrease abdominal capillary permeability in rat and paw edema in rat. Fufang paracetamol Jinyinhua capsule significantly enhanced the hot plate pain threshold at 1,2,3 and 5 hours after the treatment,inhibited the time of body torsion induced by acetic acid,and lowered the body temperature of feverish rat induced by subcutaneous. Conclusion: Compound paracetamol Jinyinhua capsule has effects of anti-inflammatory,analgesic and antipyretic.
