银质针导热巡检仪联合臭氧治疗膝关节骨性关节炎
Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis by Silver Needle Heat Conduction Inspection Instrument Combined with Ozone

摘要(Abstract):

目的:评估银质针联合臭氧治疗膝骨性关节炎(OA)的疗效。方法:将60例OA患者随机分成2组,观察组患者向关节腔注入40 mg/L的臭氧10 m L,配合银质针治疗,每周1次,共2次;对照组向关节腔注入40 mg/L的臭氧10 m L,每周1次,4次为1个疗程;比较两组患者治疗前、治疗后1周和1月时美国安大略马克马其个特大学骨关节指数评分(WOMAC评分)和视觉模拟评分(VAS评分)。结果:与治疗前相比,两组OA患者治疗后1周及1月时WOMAC和VAS评分均有明显改善,差异有统计学意义﹙P﹤0.05﹚,观察组在WOMAC具体评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:银质针配合臭氧治疗能缓解OA患者关节疼痛,肿胀,减轻关节僵硬,有效改善关节活动度。
Objective: To evaluate curative effect of silver needle combined ozone treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods: Sixty patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group patients were injected into articular cavity with 10 m L 40 mg / L of ozone,once a week for 2 weeks. After this,the observation patients were treated with silver needle therapy,once a week for 2 weeks. The control group patients were injected into articular cavity with 10 m L40 mg / L of ozone,once a week for 4 weeks. Then,WOMAC and VAS scores were compared between2 groups before treatment,1 week after treatment and 1 month after treatment. Results: Compared with before treatment,WOMAC and VAS scores were improved significantly 1 week after treatment and1 month after treatment in both groups( P < 0. 05). WOMAC score in observation group was better than that in control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The therapy of silver needle combined with ozone can effectively alleviate osteoarthritis pain,swelling and stiffness,and improve joint range of motion at the same time.
