摘要(Abstract):
用尼氏染色法,对树延髓网状结构的细胞构筑进行了研究。结果表明,树延髓网状结构的细胞构筑与猫、大鼠等动物基本相似,可分为6个核群:延髓腹侧网状核、延髓背侧网状核、巨细胞网状核、正中旁网状核、外侧网状核和小细胞网状核。这些网状核含有大小、形状各异的多种神经元,在结构上呈现一定特征。
The cytoarchitecture of the predominant reticular formation nuclei of the medulla oblongata in the tree shrew was studied with Nissl' s method.The results showed that the cytoarchitectonic features of the reticular formation nuclei of the medulla oblongata in this animal were basically similar to those of other mammals, such as cat, rat, etc. That can be divided into six nuclear groups : the ventral medullary reticular nucleus, the dorsal medullary reticular nucleus, the gigantocellular reticular nucleus, the paramedian reticular nucleus, the lateral reticular nucleus, and the parvocellular reticular nucleus. These reticular formation nuclei contained heterogeneous population of neurons, which varied in size and shape. Each nucleus presented certain characteristics of the cellular architecture.
